Worldwide Shipping

AXYRO SPORTSWEAR FACTORY (ASF) can arrange international shipment for wholesale and custom-manufacturing orders to customers worldwide. The most suitable shipping method is selected according to destination, shipment weight and volume, order size, urgency and customer requirements.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

These are approximate transit times after the shipment is ready and dispatched. They do not include manufacturing or production lead time.

Actual transit and delivery dates may vary because of carrier schedules, flight or vessel availability, customs clearance, destination-country procedures, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Production lead time and shipping transit time are separate. Production time depends on quantity, product type, materials, sizes, colors, logos, printing, embroidery, customization, sample approval and packaging requirements.

The estimated production schedule and proposed shipping method will normally be confirmed in the quotation, Proforma Invoice or written order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the selected service, destination, packed weight, dimensional volume and other carrier or freight requirements. Shipping may be quoted separately from product prices unless specifically included in the agreed quotation or Proforma Invoice.

Where the final packed shipment differs materially from the original estimate, any adjustment will be handled according to the commercial terms agreed for that order.

Export Packaging

Orders are packed appropriately for international transportation according to the product type and shipment method. Custom retail packaging, private-label packaging, labels, cartons or other special packing requirements can be discussed during quotation and product development.

Customs, Duties & Import Requirements

The buyer or importer is responsible for confirming local import requirements, customs regulations, duties, taxes and product rules applicable in the destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customs duties, import taxes, destination clearance charges and other local fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We can provide normal commercial export documents according to the agreed shipment terms.

Delivery Information & Shipment Coordination

Customers must provide complete and accurate consignee, delivery and contact information. Where required, the buyer should also provide any information or documentation necessary for customs clearance or local delivery.

Shipment details and available tracking or freight information will be provided where applicable after dispatch.

Order-Specific Shipping Terms

Shipping arrangements can vary from one order to another. The shipping method, charges, estimated schedule and other conditions stated in the applicable quotation, Proforma Invoice or written confirmation will apply to that particular order.
